When do you pick me up at Brussels International (Zaventem) Airport and where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is JAVA COFFEE in front of the arrival hall. You will see it just as you step out the door. Your driver will wait for you there with your name on a board. Please do not leave this point!
When do you pick me up in front of my hotel/home/office in Brussels and how do you inform me about pick up time?
The pick up time in Brussels City is 2,5 hours before your flight departure. Therefore it is very important that you indicate the correct departure time of your flight during the booking procedure.
Until when can I make or change a booking?
You can book your transfer until 18:00 (CET) the day before your trip.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed automatically. Right after the booking you can print your voucher, that is the document for your transfer. We also send the voucher via e-mail, but to be on the safe side we advise you to print your voucher after the succesful transaction.
How long does the journey take between Brussels International (Zaventem) Airport and Brussels City?
The trip takes approximately 20-40 minutes, depending on the traffic.
Waiting time and delay of flight
Waiting time is free of charge for 30 minutes after your flight has landed. After this time every beginned 10 minutes costs an extra 5 euro, paid directly to your driver.
